Umpiring and Scoring

This introductory workshop covers the fundamentals of umpiring and scoring in cricket. Participants will learn key rules, signals, and scoring methods, gaining the knowledge and confidence to support matches both on the field and behind the scorebook.

Optional Modules

Digital Marketing

This interactive digital marketing workshop equips young leaders with the skills to use social media effectively within cricket clubs and beyond. The session covered strategy, video reels, photography, and graphic design. Participants developed real-world content and strategies aimed at promoting cricket.

Grounds Management

This hands-on workshop introduces the basics of grounds management with a focus on preparing and maintaining cricket pitches and squares. Participants will learn about pitch layout, rolling, marking, and seasonal care, gaining practical skills

Nutrition and Health

This module explores the role of nutrition in sport and everyday health, with a focus on macro- and micro-nutrients. Learners will examine the importance of carbohydrates before and during exercise, and understand how carbohydrates and protein support recovery post-exercise.

Psychology and Leadership

This workshop introduces different leadership mindsets and how they manifest in practice. Participants will engage in personal reflection to explore and develop their own leadership style and journey.
